Fill in the box with name/word and/or date. The ID plate can fit ten capital letters each side. Date separators are periods (e.g. 2.11.05) and all letters are in uppercase. Please measure your little one's wrist. It is important that baby/children's jewelry fit. For obvious reasons please don't leave babies or tots unattended while wearing jewelry.
